A: Yes! Our watches are genuine and sourced exclusively from a trusted network of authorized suppliers in the European market.

Q: What is the warranty?

A: Each watch includes the standard manufacturer warranty, valid from the date of purchase. For warranty coverage information, refer to the manufacturer documentation.

Q: Do you offer free delivery?

A: Yes! We provide complimentary delivery for all orders within the European Union shipping zone (i.e., Ireland, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Netherlands, Austria, Belgium, Luxembourg, etc.).

Q: What are my payment options?

A: We accept all major credit and debit cards (i.e., Visa, Mastercard, etc.), and digital payment methods (i.e., Shop Pay, PayPal, Klarna, etc.), also. Transactions are PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) compliant and processed securely with full encryption.

Q: Do I pay customs or import fees?

A: No! Our shipments within the EU are duty-free and VAT (Value Added Tax)-inclusive. You only pay for what is on the price tag, without any extra charges or hidden fees.
